MyPetBnb, Inc. (hereafter referred to as "MyPetBnb", "MyPetBnb.com", "we", "us", or "our") provides an online platform that connects pet owners with pet lovers who wish to host pets in their home and/or offer other pet related services through the website MyPetBnb.com (such online platform, together with any related software, applications or functionality, and such website, collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service ("Terms"), whether or not you become a registered user of the Site. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site and all Content (defined below), and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and MyPetBnb. If you do not agree to these Terms, you have no right to obtain information from or otherwise continue using the Site and should not use the Site.
The Site is intended solely for persons who are 18 or older. Any access to or use of the Site by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited. By accessing or using the Site you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
THE SITE INCLUDES AN ONLINE PLATFORM THROUGH WHICH PET CARE SERVICE PROVIDERS MAY CREATE LISTINGS FOR SITTER-PROVIDED SERVICES AND PET OWNERS MAY LEARN ABOUT AND BOOK SUCH SITTER-PROVIDED SERVICES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT MYPETBNB IS NOT A PARTY TO ANY AGREEMENTS ENTERED INTO BETWEEN PET CARE SERVICE PROVIDERS AND PET OWNERS - PET OWNERS CONTRACT FOR SITTER-PROVIDED SERVICES DIRECTLY WITH PET CARE SERVICE PROVIDERS; NOR IS MYPETBNB A BROKER, AGENT (EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH BELOW) OR INSURER. MYPETBNB HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE CONDUCT OF MEMBERS, SITTERS, PETS, PET OWNERS, OR ANY OTHER USERS OF THE SITE OR SITTER-PROVIDED SERVICES, AND MYPETBNB DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY IN THIS REGARD. DIFFERENT SECTIONS OF THE SITE AND TERMS AFFECT SITTERS AND PET OWNERS DIFFERENTLY, SO PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY.

MYPETBNB.COM IS A REPUTATION-BASED SYSTEM AND THEREFORE YOU SHOULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OTHER USER’S COMMENTS AND THIRD-PARTY REFERRALS REGARDING PET CARE SERVICE PROVIDERS, USE COMMON SENSE, AND BE AWARE AND BE SAFE. OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. 11.3 IF YOU ACCESS OR TRANSMIT ANY CONTENT THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND YOUR SOLE RISK. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF SUCH ACCESS OR TRANSMISSION.
